Enter handwritten names and addresses into a database

We have live events where some attendees enter their registration info on handwritten forms. We need these transcribed into a db. Apologies in advance as it is a bit of a mind-numbing job but very necessary. The good/bad news is we have about 30 expos a year so there is ongoing work with the project. Obviously attention to detail and standardizing words like "Road" to "Rd" is essential. the hardest part for international applicants is understanding postal standard terms like S for South, ST for street; state abbreviations. Ideally we would like someone in the US or Canada who might be familiar with the abbreviations the post office uses The first batch is about 1800 cards.
