Excel drop down with comments (please read description)

HI, I am good at Excel and formulas. I have referred the file. As per the requirement, it is better to create a table and pull the text based on the requirement, instead of entering in the same sheet. As for each task, you want to add comment for different dropdowns. So, in a new sheet, you have to add dropdown list as columns and pull the data to the first sheet using match and index formulas. As excel can't store the data as your are assuming. It just overwrites the data. Hence, a second table is required. -Chandra
