1. File exported from Quickbooks and open automatically into Excel
2. File contains bills with different due dates - some for May, some for June, some for July etc but all bill amounts are shown in 1 column called Bills to Pay.
3. Having 1 column bills to pay does not work for me. So, I manually create the columns May, June and July and then copy/paste the bill amount into the correct month column.
4. I do not want to do this manually every time I download the data from Quick Books. You need to come up with a permanent solution that does this every-time I download the file from
