Hi there, what you are after sounds simple enough - I would suggest nominating three cells in the work sheet 1. for the rounding point (i.e. above / below 20 cents in your example) one for the round down amount (so when below 20cents round down to .99) and one for the round up amount (so when >= .20 round to the nearest .09) which the formula references which will allow you to tweak as needed.
