Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

My business is reliant on managing inventory levels correctly with various different suppliers - some have b2b websites, others simply provide spreadsheets with data in it. I use the Shopify Ecommerce platform for my website and through that have the ability to extract and upload csv files that maintain my stock levels. A simply flag against each individual product line determines whether an item can be purchased or not - i.e. 'continue' or 'deny'. As I present stock levels for different collections at different levels (i.e. colour, size etc...) there are thousands of different possibilities. The websites (b2b) that I interogate are different however it is extremely time consuming to analyse manually the data available and therefore be great to get an automated process built per site that captures regularly the availability based on different parameters and then coverts that data into excel that 'in theory' could be matched via a key to the extract from shopify - from which it can then be updated and uploaded back into shopify. That is the first requirement I have. I have many other regular general data requirements such as creating new products in Shopify, uploading new products to eBay regularly, creating collections and managing pages in Shopify. If someone is capable in doing all of the following (and the repetitive weekly tasks) then fantastic however if you simply are capable of building the web scraping automation then that is also fine. my website is [login to view URL] Alistair.
