For the past years, I worked as a virtual admin assistant, web researcher, data entry clerk, and email correspondent on Freelancer and some BPO companies. I have excellent experience in researching, data mining, data entry, and managing extracted data in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, CRM and other related applications.
One of the projects I handled in Freelancer is processing invoices, which includes checking and paying deposits and balances. Then, I upload invoices to my client’s database against the right customer record. Also, being a part of the account team, I am also tasked to update the admin system with the latest bank and PayPal transactions. The project required strong analysis, comprehension, data entry skills, and accuracy.
Furthermore, as a web researcher and email corresponding agent for 3 years, I looked for names and contact information of school personnel in charge of a department school’s website. We reached out to them through email regarding a free resource that they might be interested to post on their websites.
I also worked as a virtual assistant for some real estate agents and private investors based in the US.
