Hi, I've read your task description more than one time before and after I check your attached xlsm file, but it seems to me it's not easy to figure out what exactly you need to be done. I cannot understand which text do you need to put in H2 cell? and what's exactly is the problem of doing that? do you need to put the text from the text box in WS "MostStates"? You may ask; if I don't understand exactly the needed task, why did I bid for it in the first place? Actually I'm an MS Excel expert for over 15 years of experience, and i have exceptional data manipulation skills using Excel, and that'w why i think I can help .. my original background is mechanical engineering. I can do the job. I do have some doubts: Problem is H2 will exeed character limit for a cell (32,767); or you need friendlier way to edit and go through large text (but within cell capacity); or you wish to uplaod to excel from another batch source (word file). I can provide solution for all three. In example, for second option: H2 should pop open with a larger text field (word, VBA form, notepad), you write down content and of you go to next cell, if you click H2 visualizing window will open. Next text is pasted description of my relevant knoledge: I'm an engineer with advanced working knowledge and experience (over 15 years) in Microsoft Excel and VBA including interaction between different software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook, MS Project,MS Visio, Autocad, pdf, CorelDraw, PhotoShop, etc.).
