Orgnise files into folders

Our database recently got corrupted. Though all files have been recovered and are readable, they are all over the place with random names. These files are in PDF and Image format.
The freelancer will be given access to a monitored system where he/she will be required to organise these files category. This catogory will be presented to the right person. There are roughly about 10,000 files.
As this is quite an easy task, turn around time is expected to be short. (please propose this in your proposal).
NDA will be required as these type of information is extremely sensitive.
