80 pages with pictures Data Entry into OScommerce

For an OScommerce based site. I need to convert my html content to OScommerce. 80 pages of products with images should be entered thru admin interface to OScommerce v. 3. 30 subcategories should be created and the products asigned to them. All content should be copied and pasted into the toggle html field of the product entry form. All products should be mapped to the correct subcategory. All images should be saved and assigned.
