Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant

I am a busy professional who is also involved in launching a start- up venture. I am constantly on the move (mostly locally) and working irregular hours, but am also very busy with several family and personal obligations. I am looking for someone to help me coordinate and manage tasks, errands , optimize my schedule so that I may make the most of my time. I might also need help with some of my business matters occasionally as well.
This position can be both part time or fulltime (likely to start out part time with possiblity of becoming fulltime. ) Some work may be done remotely , but physical presence will be required often times as well. Vehicle availability preferred but not required. Flexible Schedule.
