I am looking for someone for less than $2/hr to do real estate research. In order to qualify for this job, i am giving this first test. - I will not create a milestone until this is completed. I have a lot of research to do, and this will indicate if you are able to the job. 1. Go to [login to view URL] 2. Select California 3. Identify the 3 counties with the lowest population density 4. Once you have identified those, please document your methodology 5. Please also, for each of these 3 counties, please tell me how many parcels have back taxes for the most recent year. Please post this in your reply. If you can't take the time to complete the above task, please don't waste either of our time. Hi I have gone through your project details. here are my findings 3 counties with lowest population density. 1. Alpine 2. Inyo 3. Modoc Methodology:- copy county information from website. Paste this in excel. Short data with population/sqml from lowest to highest. Easily got the result of 3 counties having lowest population density. now second part:- 1. Alpine- no back tax information 2. Inyo- 16 back tax - sale date- 05/11/2013 3. Modoc- 61 back tax- sale date - 07/11/2015 kindly correct if I am wrong.
