URGENT: Create MS Excel Command/Formula to Compare Two Worksheets and Pull Data From One Into Another

I'm looking for someone who can take an Excel spreadsheet with two worksheets and compare the two tables in the worksheets and pull data from the columns of one spreadsheet into the other spreadsheet.
For example, both spreadsheets have a list of applications. The bigger spreadsheet has more applications in the list, and it also has two columns (dependencies and server function).
I need someone to create an excel function that will compare the two spreadsheets and will pull info from the bigger spreadsheet into the smaller spreadsheet (for only the applications in the smaller spreadsheet).
