My name is Frank J Torchia, (Florida), I am retired from corporate life, but I maintain a property management position.
I am a semi-active messenger of important educational information on the USA Constitution, Political Views of both parties,
Health information, personal information to specific catagories of recipients.
Setting up list's by catagory, i.e.: Family, Friends, Political, Educational, Religious, etc.
My project is ongoing and basically is an email Forwarding of specific emails sent to me to “forward” on to others.
I am looking for a Virtual Assistant with computer skills and computer that can handle the below:
Setting up a list of recipients, by category, that I furnish, who have agreed to receive my emails.
Set-up a list of recipients, by category, that I furnish who are being asked to approve my sending emails in the near future.
These emails contain information about Today's Political Views, Health items, general informational items, Educational items. etc.
The Virtual Assistant:
... will set up the list that I send him/her and keep the list on a protected server and confidential to me and my assistants only.
....will forward the email message(s) to the appropriate list
....will forward the messages only when I instruct them to do so.
….will create a history file on messages sent by date
....will provide for "unsubscribes" and save the “unsubscribes” in a separate file by category
….will be flexible to make changes when required
….will be willing to send me their “Bio” prior to my making the decision to proceed with the particular Virtual Assistant.

….will be a person with a pleasant personality, honest and trustworthy.
