Route Optimization For Making Sales Calls

We have a prospect list that is refined to the zip code level in the US. We are needing to develop a list using a route optimization software or macro that will provide a "Good" list to be driven in the listed order. This will allow us to drive from location to location without driving back and forth in the zip code. Attached is a sample spreadsheet of a zip code that will be similar to the ones we need sorted and optimized. The fields are highlighted in light yellow.
