Need Long Term Virtual Assistant

Busy eCommerce Executive seeks Virtual assistant to help coordinate and simply life. This project will be on a trial basis to ensure mutual understanding, and satisfaction leading to long term ongoing work including salary, and other incentives and bonuses. Requirements: Must Speak Reasonably Fluent English Must be polite and professional, as you will be a reputation of my Company and Myself Must be able to receive/make phone calls to clients, appointments, customer service work etc. Must be available via email / Instant Messenger / Skype to allow communication as needed ** (must be able to get a hold of you when needed) Willing to work a reasonable schedule that makes sense for both of us, more flexible the better Must be fluent in Microsoft Office & good general computer skills Wordpress, SEO, Quickbooks, and other similar skills are a plus Must be trustworthy & reliable and willing to be part of the team Duties (including but not limited too): 1) Receiving incoming calls from Customers for eCommerce company. Answer basic questions, forward to sales team if sales lead, basic customer service issues, RMA, etc. Also online chat from Website. 2) Work with Vendors/Suppliers on RMA's. Processing Returns, following up on open returns, communications 3) Validate Address of customers when necessary for Credit Card purposes, by calling customer and validating information - no cold calls 4) Posting regularly of given topics to blog websites, facebook group, twitter, wordpress sites, etc 5) Basic Website Work (no web design skills needed), updating products, pricing, cross linking products etc, researching new products. 6) Handling incoming email, filtering out Junk, dealing with Customer service or issues that can be handled, giving out tracking #'s, notifying of back-orders, and forwarding only necessary emails to me 7) Data Entry, Web Data Entry, Letters, memo's, excel work, reports, basic graphs, etc 8) Basic Book-keeping (Quickbooks & Online banking, sending out invoices, do the billing, balancing accounts, Accounts Receivable Overdue Follow-up via email/letter/phone)- Low Volume, can be trained, but some experience helpful 6) Handling of personal affairs as needed, including but not limited to, web research, making reservations, confirming appointments, ordering items from the internet, researching personal topics, Correspondence with friends & Family, Birthday/Anniversary reminders and gift & card sending, Travel and Vacation Planning, Organizing events, Household tasks help In summary, your tasks would be whatever I can simply give you fairly to be completed and increase my available time. I am a fair and fun person, who is understanding and reasonable, but am hardworking and committed and expect the same. Professionalism a must, but still able to have fun on the job. Please bid on 40 Hours, (20 hours a week for 2 weeks) as a trial.
