Get verified working list of emails from list of company names

My project budget is only $15.
I have a list of company names registered in Singapore.
I only have the company names, and maybe the registered address. I do NOT have their website, phone, names, email addresses.
I ONLY have the name of the companies. These are newly registered companies in Singapore.
What I need from you would be to gather the email addresses of the owners of these small businesses. Quantity is not important, I need quality and accurate results. These emails must be valid, and true, and accurate.
Most importantly, the list of emails must be correct, and is associated with the registered company.
For example, someone may create a new company called "world ventures pte. ltd." I need your help to research this company, and get the email address to get in touch with a representative from this business. Whether from facebook, or their website. etc.
These businesses are new and less than 6 months old, and may not have much online presence. So many of your searching / scrapping will yield no result -- which is OK.
Looking for long term partner. For now, the test list will be maximum 600 entries.
See sample attached, the blue background is what is provided, and yellow background is what you need to enter -- getting the email address is most important.
