I have built a mining rig with motherboard, processor, ram, fans, everything from scratch. I cannot get the bios on motherboard or the system in windows to detect the graphics cards that I have hooked up. The GPU's are powered on, but I am unable to get them visible in the system and installed drivers do not detect any GPU's.
