Convert .dbs file to Microsoft Access

I have a .dbs file from the early 1990s that I need to convert to a comma delimited text file. I will provide the file using Dropbox, and you will return the data as a comma delimited text file using Dropbox -- so you must a Dropbox account. If this project goes well, there is the opportunity for further work.
