I need a system that reads cards for subscribers in a club.

Cards validations are programmed previously.

When a subscription deadline is terminated, the card reader beeps or lights on to make warning for the card holder and send an SMS to a mobile phone as warning to pay their fees.

Three warnings are send before prohibiting the person from entering the club.
