The program was done by a freelancer i cant reach and it is build with CEF4Delphi. It could open many tabs each pointing to a different URLs. The tabs are data driven and stored in a ini file It works fine but it is not stable when opening and closing the application it may crash with Access violation or some other error. As you can see in this documation [login to view URL] This may be part of the problem. sometimes this program is also not stable at startup I'm compiling with 10.4 32bit but if 64 would be solid i could switch Include the word BlueMagic in your proposal and dont bit over $250 for this project. If you end up doing a good job I may continue other phases of this program with you don't bid for this if you don't have yet any reviews
