Design a security system that asks the user to enter a 4-bit passcode. As the user enters the bits, they get displayed on the 7-segment display, if the passcode is correct, all LEDs light up to show that the passcode is correct. If a passcode is wrong, the LEDs blink 2 times. If the passcode is entered wrongly three times in a row, the LEDs light in sequence (upward then downward) and then they get cleared to decline any further attempts.
