C# or .Net Programmers to: Tweak Software A so its Results Match Software B's

The project's Scope is to: Tweak parameters in Software A so that its results in there will Match with Software B's. Both Software A and Software B will be either told to or sent to the selected bidder, before project is awarded to the final choice of freelancer. Phase 1: Programmer to check the codes, and Pinpoint where in Software A is the Code giving rise to specific sort of results. [But don't tweak the parameters there first. Only after this Phase 1 is cleared with me, can the programmer proceed to tweak in Phase 2, or see below.] Phase 2: Programmer to propose how to tweak the original code in Software A so its specific results will match those from Software B. When I approve, he or she can go ahead to implement. -------------------------------------------------------- Pre-requisite requirement: i) Before granting of project to selected programmer, however, the C# and/or .Net programmer must show that he or she can successfully obtain the same "Matched results" on his or her own Desktop between Software A and Software B, to convince me he can achieve the same thing on my PC. ii) Milestone will be created only when the above part, ie part (i), happens to produce certainty that the chosen C# and/or .Net programmer can do it on his or her Desktop, and obtain the anticipated results. I should be given TeamViewer password to preview his or her achievement first, before the programmer accepts the project. Please read the pre-requisite requirement above, before proceeding further. Exact Software A and Software B will be either sent to, or told in url on where to download from the net, to the developers who bid. Please read the Pre-requisite requirements above before placing bids. No compromise on the above pre-requisites. No up-sell on services is permitted. Bid price, when project is awarded, must represent the full price of the project.
