.NET top expert to create a .NET 8-13min exam test questions

An agency who has kick-ass Laravel, VueJS, ES6/7 and Django exam test questions with what hiring developers is easy as the vast majority of low level devs are filtered out automatically. Now we need to hire .NET developer and first we want someone to create a kick-ass test to folter out the crap automatically. Most of the test questions will be multiple or one choice so the results come automatically and usually 1-2 questions have text input type so you provide the correct answer to us and our worker manually cjeck the answers and hives the score. We use Chamilo LMS for that - very easy. You can add the test questions there yourself or you can just provide the test questions in a document. Each test question and/or test questions's answer must give certain amount of points. Eg. Cat is: a) animal +0.5 point b) machine -1point c) relative to tiger +1point etc. If you'll be very good then we will hire you after that long-term as a developer but if not we will use your test to hire someone else. Don't try to come to bullshit us with poor test as we are coders and we have also senior BE coders on borard. We just don't do .NET.
