Custom Portrats - Cartoon & Manga Style

We are creating a new company in which we are dedicated to transporting people to their favorite cartoon and manga universes.
We create portraits in the style of their favorite childhood drawings: Goku, Simpson, Naruto, Marvel, etc. in this way they can feel that they are part of those series that have marked their lives.
We are looking for an artist who can be part of our team as a freelancer.
We have 2 offers:
1 - On the one hand, we receive orders on our website with instructions on personalization, for example:

The style of the drawings to be made are like the ones we attached, copying the style of the real drawings as faithfully as possible and being detailed with the customization.
At the beginning the drawings may take longer because they are made from 0, but when they have been repeated many times, you can take advantage of the bodies and simply change the face and add details such as a tattoo, for example.
The deliverable we need is in photoshop with separate layers (background, head, trunk, arms, legs, etc.).
2 - And on the other hand we also need a content creator in social networks, both for posts, reels, tiktok, stories ...
This would generally consist of doing the same as the above but drawing celebrities, memes and trends, but all with the style of our drawings. We would define what to do and we would send it to you, it wouldn’t be something you should think about.
We need to know your budget and estimated delivery times for the following orders:
Goku style portrait drawing
It consists of drawing the person in the photo that they send us with the style of Goku

It consists of drawing the family from the photo that they send us with the style of The Simpsons
4 Characters (Father, Mother, Daughter 4 years, Doggy)

These budgets are indicative, we do not have an order yet, but we are looking for the best artists to start turning people into their favorite characters.
The idea would be to constantly draw pictures, not just a loose order, but to make several a day.
