Drupal 9 developer

We're a small business looking to expand a few ideas into reality through a website run on drupal 9 with the DXPR and lightning interface additions ([login to view URL]). The first step of our ideas is to get a fully functional drag and drop collaborative calendar and to sort out some of our drupal issues with menus and taxonomy. We would like to set up 3 views/blocks for a drupal module using fullcalendar (image of what we are after is attached under files) The calendar views using [login to view URL] library and the module, we would like as many views as possible as blocks but for starters three types - main (in attached, showing week view) small month view and categories/user calendars (we're also hoping to group to "project/task" by user). How we would like it to look similar to what is shown in the attached file. The other main drupal site issues (The site is at [login to view URL]) we are having are: Taxonomy - we would like to use an automatic categorised list for our taxonomy (services) in the menus (similar to the previous landscaping template, which also had blocks with a teaser and taxonomy linked/clickable categorised summary pictures, and a block with menu links for the footer) and include taxonomy in new content (projects) so users can add their own content in a controlled way Main menu's - they aren't showing main navigation and only the login shows up in mobile. The sticky header doesn't go to the top of the page and the secondary header banner height varies considerably from a single line. It only has some social links and contact phone number but for some reason it jumps to very tall and acts differently on Edge and Chrome. DXPR block styles keep reverting to a simple CKeditor look - unboxed etc and only editable using standard editor. Very unstable, we've redone them several times...they are OK for a while then boom.. all the formatting disappears and they are just text again. We use the save as template function and just copy them back in again, so the one shown in attached has different content to the contact us details.
