Drupal Developer - Custom Modules

Hi, We are developing tools for mental health care services and think our software can make the world a better place by enabling better health care to more people. It is quite popular already and growing. We have 3 core developers that manage the most important stuff and we are looking for a Drupal developer that is familiar with Drupal 7 that can do small tweaks and fixes to our custom modules based on customer feedback and push this to our staging website. Our core developers will review and push approved code to production. We are interested in a developer that have experience in Drupal and a genuine interest for this particular CMS (we need both frontend or backend-developers). We are also planning to migrate to D9 or D10 within the next year or two (this is going to be a huge job). Communication -We try to not use Skype or Chat for communication, but Jira Agile (a Project Manager Tool) / Email for communication as this allows other developers to follow the discussions. This is to allow for asynchronous communication and it is easier to share knowledge between time zones and work schedules. Requirements -We use Git/GitHub for managing code -We have a strict workflow from local, to staging, to production. -We use Agile Development, so projects and requirements and priorities typically change during the project, as we get feedback from customers. Terms -Our company will own all copyrights for your work -NDA & Agreement must be signed -Must be able to work 50%-100% for a month and be able to start soon. I cannot give you the job if you only can work less than 25-30 hours/week. However we may be willing to wait for you to finish other projects if you have a fixed date that you finish.
