Help me install a Drupal 8 theme in my Drupal 8 site - along with few tweaks (Views, css override, themming for a content type, knowledge on Paragraph module must)

I am looking for an experienced Drupal 8 person only. Experience on node export/import (u.e. feeds module) is suggested., in case we need to data migration.
