Convert django 1.3/python2.7 site to django 1.9.2/python3.5

The site is a basic ecommerce site that worked fine back in 2012, I want to upgrade it so that it can work with the latest secure django/python.

You're job:

Fix errors as they appear. Again, it worked fine, so all the errors will be with regards to changing versions.

You wont have to worry about design or style. Just fix errors.
