Centralized Training Basic Registration Flow New User Flow - user clicks "New User" - user directed to site - user prompted to fill out registration form (email, first name, last name, password, confirm password, degree, clinical license type, clinical license number, experience in the field, training workshop) - email validated by system - if email validated, user enters remaining required fields and selects the Training Workshop s/he wants to take - User receives authentication email: - *Currently, user can change the workshop signed up for - this is causing problems because users are accidentally unenrolling from the workshop(s) completed/registered for - system not designed to prevent user from overwriting the Training Workshop previously completed/registered - **Want the original workshop to be locked in so that it cannot be accidentally changed - **Want all workshops to be locked after registration so that it forces user to use the next training workshop field - user select(s) workshop(s) s/he would like to register for - clicks "Update Registration" - directed to site Alternative Flows Invalid Email - user clicks "New User" - user directed to site - user prompted to fill out registration form - INVALID EMAIL - system displays error message "Email domain invalid." - user can change email or stop trying to register with this email domain Login Fail - user enters in log in credentials - LOGIN FAIL - system displays error message "Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive." - user can enter in correct credentials - or - click "I forgot my password" - directed to site - enters user name and clicks "Send Reset Link" - user receives email with link to reset password - password reset requires confirmation of username, and new/confirmed password - click "change password"
