Affiliate Program Manager

Our company is looking for an experienced affiliate program manager to manage our affiliate program. Currently it is managed in house. We use Assoctrac for tracking. We are an online company serving health and beauty industry for over 20 years. We are only looking for a experienced person in this area who can lead this program, deliver results without much help from us. If you think you can make a difference, we will like to hear from you. The candidate should be an expert in e-marketing, having managed an affiliate program, know how to make Internet marketing research to find the best audiences and the best ROI for marketing efforts, to know how to manage affiliates to get the best ones on the market. The manager should know how to build successful landing pages, to be able to create engaging content, to know best white hat strategies for conversion of the visitors. We would appreciate a detailed letter describing your expertise, samples of your work and why it makes you the best candidate for the suggested work. The core are of responsibility will include - Setup communication strategy - Setting up graphics for the program - Work with us to setup promotions - Researching and finding prospect affiliates every week and contacting them to persuade them to join your program. - Affiliate directory submission - Affiliate PR - Graphics development (keywords, text, banners, html, etc.) - Answering affiliate questions - Motivating non performing affiliates - Carry out continuous competitive study and inform us about the changes needed to leverage your program. - Manually screening affiliate applications and check their websites to ensure the brand image wouldn't be tarnished. - Reviewing affiliates sites and campaign to ensure the affiliates are not violating the program terms or violating trademark terms. - Work closely with affiliates to build relationship that will leverage the affiliate channel sales potential. Basic Requirement: Good English writing skill Able to communicate and resolve issues with affiliates Able to communicate on phone or IM Must have fast internet connection with headphone and microphone to communicate with us regularly Must have good data analyzing skill to deduct problem areas and resolve it We know this is a long term project and your bidding is based on monthly charges.
