Bulk Email Delivery - Need High % Delivered To Inbox

I have a text based email that needs to be sent to about 5,000 addresses that I will provide for you. * You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. * Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders. * You should be able to send these on a given date and time. * You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc. * About 50 random emails in the list will be used to verify - you need to be able to deliver 98% successfully. There are more projects like this coming up if this is successful. Looking for a long-term partner. Please provide price for up to 5,000 emails, how you are able to track and report, and a time frame. Thanks!
