I need to convert DOC into MOBI/PDF/EPUB. + demos (20% of full book)

This is not simple book, but interactive story. Text is divided on around 150 small chapters, and from each of it leads separate link to another chapter - please refer to input and output files example (attached).

Additionally epub version need to contain Table of Content (NCX), in format accepted by Smashwords.

Long time collaboration needed (approx. one project per month), fast and easy contact with friendly person is essential!

Budget limit is 30-35 USD per whole project.
