Write Executive Summary of Articles & Pose Key Questions

I will have about 10 articles per week I need digested into an executive summary highlighting 5 key concepts from each article. Each key concept summary should be at least 25 words. To help you get an idea of how this should work, follow this example: It should be like writing a table of contents for the article with the goal of dividing the article into 5 mini-chapters, giving each chapter a title, with brief summaries on each "chapter" so to speak. However you would only write the chapter title and its summary (you would NOT actually need to divide the article into sections for me). You will also need to ask two questions per article regarding concepts in the article that were not clear to you, or otherwise posed confusion in your mind. Good command of English language required.
