Editor for person who didn't know she was not a writer

I see there are (at time of writing) two people from South Africa who are bidding on your project and I think it would make sense to consider their bids first, but if they and others bidding are not suitable for your requirements and you are happy to pay at the upper end of the budget, feel free to consider my bid. I have edited more than 40 books, both fiction and non-fiction, some of these on the Freelancer platform, where I have been working for nearly three years and always receive good reviews. I am happy to do a sample edit of a chapter or a few pages to see if you like my work. Perhaps you can add to the project description how long the manuscript is, to assist with bid amounts and time frames.

Strange, none of my clients realize they cannot write. But they are happy with me. At least according to their reviews. A lot hinges on just how decipherable the content is.
