Puzzle required for Escape Room Business

We are and escape room business where we lock people in gaming rooms and they have to work as a team to solve puzzles and escape the room within 1 hour.

One such puzzle we have involves people "deactivating" a bomb. They cut the 5 coloured wires in a particular sequence to deactivate the bomb. The bomb has a display with a countdown visible on it from 60 minutes to 0. When wires cut correct sequence, bomb timer stops. If wrong sequence, display says BOOM.

Bomb needs to communicate remotely with a laptop. The laptop will have a display showing the time countdown on bomb. The laptop commences the timer countdown. The display shows the 5 wires and when the wire cut, shows which cut. If cut in wrong sequence, display says boom.

Bomb needs to look like a bomb. I have pictures of the current version of the puzzle which will send to successful party.

Hey, This sounds like a cool project to work on. I understand that the wires should be real in a sense that they will be actually cut and replaced after every usage? Best regards, Martin
