Instructions detailing necessary hardware and communications methods to turn on the battery, read cycle count, cell voltage for each cell, temperature, warning flags or error codes, percent charge and battery firmware version for the DJI TB55 battery. While the battery is on and these data are being read, charging and discharging the battery must be allowed at the same time. All this functionality must be capable in a device other than the drone for which these batteries are designed (ie I want to use these batteries in another device for both charging and discharging other than the drone or chargers designed by DJI). My device will use either the Raspberry Pi 3 b+ or the Arduino ESP32 microprocessor so communication must match / be capable by these two devices.
Quote must include all time and materials entirely. (If you need to buy batteries, figure that into your bid)
