Hey it is interesting project and i have completed similar projects. I will keep it simple and reliable. I will design the system but I will not manufacture the prototype , you have to manufacture the prototype, it is really hard to send prototypes via post couriers or DHL etc. I am bidding low and it is like 80% sale on my skills this is due to i am a newbie to this site. I can create an Arduino device with blutooth support and according to the BT command, Arduino will operate an relay. This relay will turn on and off your 120V device. For controlling part for BT, We may need some kind of Desktop or Mobile app, which either of I can build. I have good experience in Android application and desktop application development too. Details Dear Sir, Please find my approach below for your project. Please grant me this project if you like my solution. My previous projects are on my portfolio. 1. Using two arduinos- one of them will be a master and other will be a slave. 2. Master will have two thumb sized buttons which can be controlled by patient. 3. Using two HC-05 - these are used to establish Bluetooth link between the two arduinos. 4. A high quality optoisolated relay will be used to control the power to vacuum and solenoid. 5. A normally closed solenoid valve will be used which will open on power a on and close at power OFF. Thank you
