Design electronics that uses BLE to drive remote LED display devices and remote IR proximity sensing device

I am seeking assistance in designing 2 electronic devices. The level of difficulty should be that of 2nd year university program for electrical engineering. Therefore, students are welcomed to the challenge. BLACK CYLINDER A low voltage and extremely energy efficient electronic device (black cylinder) that is self contained in a a dimension no larger than two AA batteries stacked together vertically. This black cylinder should contain a magnetic proximity switch so that when the magnetic proximity sensor, external to but connected to the black cylinder, is in the closed state, the black cylinder should generate a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signal with a value of '1'. When the magnetic proximity sensor circuit is opened, the black cylinder should send out a BLE signal with a value of '0'. The black cylinder should have an automatic shut down function to conserve power if there is no activity at the proximity sensor for 5 minutes. The black cylinder should power on when the magnetic proximity sensor is in the closed state. The black cylinder should be self contained with a power supply that fits inside the dimension mentioned. The black box should continue to function for at least 400 hours without having to change battery or recharge the battery. Please provide both a disposable battery option and a rechargeable battery option. I assume the black cylinder will have 2 wires coming out of it to connect to the external magnetic proximity sensor and another wire coming out of the bottom of the black cylinder for the BLE antenna. Note that I will need the black cylinder to pair with two remote LED display devices and a remote IR proximity sensing device. When the LED display devices receive a BLE signal with a value of 1, the two LED display devices will display message A, and the remote IR proximity sensing device is activated. When the LED display devices receive a BLE signal with a value of 0, the two LED display devices will display message B, and the remote IR proximity sensing device is de-activated. BLACK CARD I also need a design for the remote IR proximity sensing device (black card) with a dimension about the size of a credit card that can receive the same binary BLE signal from the black cylinder. The black card should be self contained with a battery supply. When the black card receives the BLE signal with a value of 1 from the black cylinder, it should activate an IR proximity sensor that is external but connected to the black card. When the black card receives a BLE signal with a value of 0 from the black cylinder, it should de-activate the IR proximity sensor that is external to the black card. The black card has a vibrator built in it and it should vibrate for 2 seconds when an IR proximity sensor detects a moving object with 2 meters. The vibrator should 'mute' for 5 seconds between vibrations. The vibrator should be similar to those used in today's mobile phone. The black card should power down when it hasn't received a BLE signal from the black cylinder for 5 minutes. The black card should continue to function for 200 hours before replacing battery or recharging battery. Please provide option for both replaceable battery and rechargeable battery. WHAT I WOULD LIKE FROM YOU Please provide electronic diagram, schematics, drawings, programming codes, part numbers for all components such as sensors, switch, chips, battery, power supply, vibrator, antenna, BLE server, BLE client..etc. for both the Black Cylinder and the Black Card. Please only use components available from Amazon for both the black cylinder, the black card and the receiving end of the LED display device and IR proximity sensing device . You can use any LED display circuitry in your schematic diagrams as that portion's design specifications is not important at this stage.
