Hello, I am an electronics engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the design and production of analog or digital type electronic cards or a mixture of the two types,i use simulators daily, especially for analog circuits.. I also develop low-level programs, which allows me to provide a complete package. I have been using a 3d printer for more than 10 years, and I own a metal lathe and a milling machine, these tools allow me to make mechanical parts. I have the equipment to assemble prototypes and measure performance. I regularly use STM32 type micro-controllers STM32L152, STM32F429, STM32F030, Raspberry Pi or Arduino I am used to integrating strong technical constraints, such as operating temperature, consumption or long-term reliability. The core of the fans control circuit shall be an ATMEGA328, programmed with the Arduino IDE. The schematics and PCB shall be designed using Eagle. The validation shall be performed with designsoft TINA. The bid amount is based on the delivery of design files, Arduino sketch and TINA simulation results only. In the frame of a second bid, an operative Arduino-based proof of concept mock-up may be delivered, accompanied with a breadboard populated with the MOSFET's, the LED's, the potentiometers and the connectors. If preferred, this second bid may also include the delivery of the actual PCB, properly populated and tested. I have already developped similar circuits using ATMEGA328, so I master each step of this development.
