Electronic Engineer for Smart Water Bottle

I require an electronic/electrical engineer to develop technology that will read the quantity inside a water bottle.
Everytime the owner takes a drink it registers the new quantity of water and sends this information back to the app on their phone via Bluetooth.
This information is then compared with the amount of water the owner is supposed to be drinking.
If the owner isn’t drinking the quota then they will receive a reminder through the app and the bottle will have a light that displays a different colour both signalling to drink up!
The owner can set the desired goal of water they want to drink every day on the app, eg 1000ml day 1 1200ml day 2
We can set custom plans for the owner to help them build their consumption over X amount of time.
The technology required is a
- long battery life
- Bluetooth
- internal sensor to read the quantity
- lights to inform if they are ahead or behind their recommended amount.
