We are developing hardware for a small keyfob-like system utilizing a Si4010 / Si4355 combination from Silicone Labs. We use a Si4010/Si4335 915 MHz Key Fob Development Kit (4010-KFOBDEV-915) which uses USB interfaces to the Si4010 and a C8051 which in turn drives the Si4335. The final connection in both cases seems to be a proprietary 2 wire interface. We would like help in two stages. First.. help initiating communications with the development kit using example firmware so that he can make mechanical measurements to judge the effectiveness of antenna configurations. This will lead to hardware implementation. Following this We will need help to modify demonstration keyfob firmware to implement the final design.

Dear Sir, Really Glad to see your JOB posting. Believe me I have worked on Si4010 (RF + MCU) 10/14 PIN Chip along with Si4335 (receiver) recently. I developed home sensors for leak detection in kicthens/baths which are locked as people relocate for holidays. The receiver was a Si4335 based receiver IC. Si4010 is a 433/868/915MHz 8051 based MCU that can be used to transmit wireless data (KeyFob) along with in-built battery status and temperature. I luckily have the required hardware and development tools (Si C2 debugger) for flash programming. I can send you fully functional and tested code for development. I am online and available for discussion. Even if you find me off-line just drop me a message (I am GMT+5) Regards Ch

I'm an electronic engineer with more than 15 years of work experience. I work as HW designer; FW and SW developer. As HW designer, I work in Altium, KiCad and Orcad and I have experience in development single MCU (Microchip PIC and ARM Cortex) boards with several digital I/O (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM,....) and some analog I/O. I design complete board: power section, MCU section, peripheral section,.... I design also boards with battery power; so I have experience in low power PCB design. I have also experience in commercial boards (Arduino, Raspberry, Beaglebone,...) shields design. I have also experience in bluetooth (both 2.0 and 4.0) PCB design. As FW developer, usually I work in C for Microchip PIC (MPLAB X + XC compilers) and Eclipse + GNU ARM for different ARM Cortex M3/M4 manufacturers (STM32Fx, NXP, EFM32 SiLabs, but I'm ready to learn new frameworks). I work both single task and multi task environment (FreeRTOS and RTX). I write code both for low level driver (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM....) management, for high level/final application, for bootloader and for OTA. I work also in "C code" commercial boards Arduino/ESP32/ESP8266 and Linux embedded commercial boards (Raspberry and Beaglebone). I have also experience in bluetooth (both 2.0 and 4.0) programming. As SW developer, I work in C, C++, .NET, Java, and lot of others programming languages. Mainly I work for Windows O.S., but I have experience in Linux development too.
