Implementation of ArtNet & RDM protocol using IAR for a cortex-M 4

Job Description:
We look for an implementation of Art-Net 4

and RDM based on our implementation of DMX.
We are using a Cortex-M 4 MCU (Artery AT32F-415 RCT6 MCU)

The implementation should be as hardware independent as possible, therefore the implementation of Art-Net is planned on the cortex-M 4 MCU and the UDP data from the ESP module is being transmitted using throughpass and SPI link.
