I need a circuit that can pulse charge low voltage and low amps to a set of super caps (multiple or single). The volts will be .3v >1.5v through a Joule thief (if you don't know what that is please google it) Work flow: low voltage input > joule thief > pulse circuit > super caps 2.7v 500f Why? I need some low amp batteries to completely drain to super caps but in a pulsing fashion. The batteries are 1.2v and will light an LED for 1 second with a capacitor but then the voltage dies to .4v under a load longer than a pulse but then recovers back to 1.2v and you can pulse again and this process can repeat for many cycles. I have attached the circuits. The files must be in a layered gerber file compatible with oshpark.

I would suggest implementing this with a MCP1640 boost converter chip, which will give better efficiency than the joule thief circuit. It's a very cheap chip. It's also likely that using a low constant current will give better efficiency than pulsing, because high current will waste energy on the internal resistance of the battery.
