I need hundreds of sound relay delay circuits made that are similar to the one in above link. however it needs a few modifications. I know you do not manufacture the boards, but if I can get the gerber, bom, pick and place, etc files from you I have a good manufacturer that an do the rest.
First let me describe the purpose of this circuit.
I will be using an ipad to take photos of people automatically. The app I uses plays a beep noise through the 3.5mm headphone jack
the other end of the cable is connected to the circuit board where the microphone is currently located. The circuit would hear this beep and turn on a relay switch to turn on 12v 8a white led lights. I need to use a 3.5mm audio cable instead of a microphone so that only the ipad triggers the lights and not external noises.
Please use as many SMD components as possible when designing the board. they are usually cheaper to assemble then through hole ones.
I need the following changes done to the circuit
1. replace the microphone with a 3.5mm headphone jack
2. the potentiometers need to have a fine adjustment so that I can choose the delay time of 1 to 10 seconds. It does not need to be longer than this for my needs. the components used on the web site are not very precise. I can mail sample board to you if that helps.
3. the input power needs to be a 5.5mm 2.1mm input DC female jack. Same for the relay out put power. This will make it easy for me to hook up the circuit to the led lights. the lights will always be in the normally off position.
Pleases let me know approximate cost and turn around. Max budget of $200 which includes one round of revisions of needed. For example, after you give us the files, we will get a prototype made and if a part needs to be changed then you will revise file to reflect that for no extra fee. If we require another change after that we will pay $25 per revision. If you can get this project done for less than $200 that would be great as well.
