sound system - How to connect 10 speakers with 1 Amplifier

Dear All Sound Engineers
I have Restaurant hall with 3 zone and i need to but 10 speakers wall mount with 1 Amplifier to each zone .
So i need someone make to me Sound Design that showing how i can connect the wires with the speakers and the amp for the best performance, and witch best solutions for this case : (mono mode or stereo mode or bridge mode).
zone 1 :
- 10 Speakers: Yamaha NS-AW592BL 150 Watt 6.5-Inch 6 OHM + 150 watt.
- 1 Amplifier :Behringer EPQ2000 :2 x 1,000 Watts into 4 Ohms; 2 x 600 Watts into 8 Ohms
zone 2 :
- 10 Speakers:Yamaha NS-AW992BL 180 Watt 8-Inch 6 OHM + 180 watt
- 1 Amplifier :Behringer EP4000 :2 x 2,000 Watts into 2 Ohms; 2 x 1,400 Watts into 4 Ohms; 4,000 Watts into 4 Ohms (bridge mode)
zone 3 :
- 10 Speakers: Yamaha NS-AW592BL 150 Watt 6.5-Inch 6 OHM + 150 watt.
- 1 Amplifier :Behringer EPQ2000 :2 x 1,000 Watts into 4 Ohms; 2 x 600 Watts into 8 Ohms
