1. To analyze & understand the requirements of clients for various job profiles.
2. To search the job portals in order to find the best suitable candidates in terms of required skill set & relevant experience.
3. To screen & shortlist the best suitable candidates by following interview procedures & further follow-ups.
4. To handle all administrative duties related to life cycle of employees from recruitment, onboarding, induction to exit interviews.
5. To plan & facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver a good 1st day experience.
6. To track reimbursements, payroll processing, bonus/incentive pay, leaves management, hourly employee validations & benefit changes.
7. Analyzing data from ‘Job Satisfaction surveys’ for preparing reports on monthly basis, to provide insights to BU heads globally.
8. Identifying top areas of improvements & top done well to create further course of action.
9. Assessing results of performance reviews & creating customized progress improvement plans for employees.
10. Organizing employees’ exits’ data, calculating attrition rate & planning retention measures by discussion with BU heads.
