My wife is currently chair of a charity. She will be handing over to a new person soon who would need to use the same email address. She would like to be able to keep all of the emails during her time archived but not accessible by the new person and also obviously doesn't want any more emails with the same address coming to her. She is using Mac mail. Need a person to figure out a solution and produce a step by step guide.

This can be easily done using a tool to transfer the emails from one email, to another. These can also be archived to a file and opened by another mac as well. Both process's can be done quickly and easily, and a guide can be created as well.
