DotNet dotnet HttpWebRequest to Linux Form

I have a Form Data from one website (Windows Server) that needs to HTTP Post to another Website (Linux Server). We provide an URL for them to Post the data. You can see the test form which is in Linux Format (as a test) at [login to view URL], you can see that when complete the Form with Test ID: markbenford and Pass: gbu2010 and you will see the Test data posted to a Customer_Application form. However, the person who on the Windows server side seem unable to post the data to my form. Here is what he says "I do not see it when bridging the data from our system. As I said, when we bridge the data, I don’t see anything. I really can’t send our source code, and I really don’t think it would help. We are not doing a direct form-to-form post. We’re posting the data to you via a dotnet HttpWebRequest object. The data we’re posting up to you is written into this object’s request stream. When I look at the value of [login to view URL](), that’s where I get the HTML of your login page. Nothing else is happening that I can see." They are unable to send me the source code.
