Fix CSS on other browsers; HTML edits

[url removed, login to view] needs to look uniform on all browsers.

Right now it looks right in FireFox.

Make it looks correct in Safari & Internet Explorer

Footer links -- make them green instead of white; you can barely see them.

Make sure every sidebar looks the same, with the logo aligned correctly. The sidebar should go on every page.

A blog picture link will also need to be added to the footer next to facebook/twitter.
