Help with two flash files

Two small fixes needed: 1) I downloaded an flv file located at: <[login to view URL]> But it won't play from my desktop. I would like a working copy of this, and instructions on how the images get loaded onto it. 2) I have a flash file on my site that had been working fine for over a year. Now it won't play due to some kind of flash player update. I need to get this fixed, but I couldn't understand the instructions. Located at: [fourth one down] <[login to view URL]>
